The cabin provides an intimate, simple and restful retreat for 2 people. Fall asleep to the sound of waves. Grill marshmallows by the sea. Watch the sunset in sauna on your private dock.

Located on an island and situated 1 meter from the sea within the heart of Stockholm’s Archipelago, the cabin is a hidden gem. What could be better than falling asleep to the sound of waves and waking up to breathtaking sea view with swans passing by on a daily basis all year round - all within a direct ferry line 1.5 hours from Stockholm Center or 6 minutes with the ferry from the mainland?

The living/dining room is filled with Scandinavian furnishings, antique ornaments and handmade décor including 70 years old boat steering wheel, seashells, handmade tables and candles in all corners. The couch turns into a 160cm sized bed and across the room is the dining area with a table and 2 handmade benches and windows with sea view. The small kitchen is connected to the dining and living room area and has everything you need to make delicious meals, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, sink etc. The heater is in this room, a portable oil radiator heater. Fast wifi and a small projector in living-room that's connected to Chromecast with Netflix and speakers connected to Google Home.

The bedroom is small and cosy in size with a 120cm bed and hangers.

The terrace surrounds the cabin, the left side with an outdoor table and chairs with the sea directly under you on one side and blueberry pastures on the other. The sun sets on this side so it's perfect for dinner/wine when the weather permits. There is also a comfy lounge area. The outdoor shower is here as well with running hot water; a shower with a view at its finest. Next to the shower is your private infrared sauna, which heats up within less than half an hour with sunset views each night. The right side of the terrace has a roof, there are two stools here for a cup of tea out on a rainy day and a small BBQ to have grilled dinners.

The outdoor toilet is an incinerator toilet and lies next to here in its own small wooden room, with glowy lights and a small heater that both turn on from sensors when you open the door.

Your private dock is in front of the house, where you will see nothing other than water, islands from a distance and various boats/swans/seals passing by. We have occasionally seen the Northern Lights from here, during the prime Northern Lights time, although it is a rare sight if you happen to be here when it shows you couldn't be in a more magical surrounding for the occasion.

A few meters from the cabin is a bonfire on smooth rocks 2 meters from the sea, making it the perfect evening occasion to stargaze or grill marshmallows. Blueberries and apples are on the property which you are free to pick in season.

50 meters from the cabin is another dock with a jacuzzi where you can book for a fee all year round (please request in your booking which day/times to see availability). Enjoy the elements during the day under 40 degrees with only the open sea in front of you, or watch the stars while sipping bubbles.

Guests will have the cabin, all parts of the terrace and private dock exclusively to themselves. The open bonfire and jacuzzi (which is located on another dock 50 meters away) can be shared with guests from my other listing, which is on a higher level 50 meters away with their own outdoor areas, giving both cabins complete privacy. After every use chlorine will personally be applied which kills 100% of all bacterias. To sync the jacuzzi if you have a specific time you would like to use it please specify so that I can book it in for you.
